If you fall into one of the designated categories of businesses who are required to fill out OSHA’s Form 300A, which summarizes job-related injuries and illnesses logged during 2016, you’ll need to post this form from February 1 – April 30. Note that this form must be displayed in your common area where notices to employees are usually posted.
Two classes of employers are partially exempt from routinely keeping injury and illness records:
- Employers with ten or fewer employees at all times during the previous calendar year
- Establishments in certain low-hazard industries
